Before the game when Penn State played at Illinois in 2023, a young man was walking around outside the stadium dressed like that amongst the pre-game crowd. I thought he was a student that did it for atmosphere and that he looked cool. Turned out he ran on the field against someone as a promotion and was fast!!! The Galloping Ghost!
To me, those helmets and uniforms make them look deceivingly slow.
