On a very serious note

I am 80, and someday, within the next 20 years, I will see Jesus. It feels amazing to realize that I will leave America in a place where freedom has been secured for my grand children and that my giving has provided help for many people and opened heaven's door for many lost souls. Every day is a gift from God. What we do with it is our gift to him. Make a difference. Be a giver; of $, encouragement, love, knowledge, and kindness. It will all come back to you. Thank you Jesus

so, we've had two years of campaigning with 90% of the MSM being anti-trump. We had the dem party throw out their member's wishes to run biden and they overthrew those votes to switch to Kamala. How in the world is this a bad day for everyone as well as 'democracy'. His rant makes no sense whatsoever except if he thinks Jimmy Kimmel is smarter than everyone else. And if that is the case, he isn't for "democracy."

Who else thought that PSU was about to break out after taking a 10-0 lead vs OSU?

Actually I didn't but I was hoping. Allar faced a lot of pressure on our first drive and the OL couldn't get any push at all. The drive was only successful by throwing quickly to Singleton and Allar finding some running room. I considered that drive a loss after settling for a FG but I was reinvigorated after the pick 6. Just score another 10-14 points and we might win this game. OSU had difficulty running the ball behind a makeshift OL and if Howard was forced to throw we might get another turnover. At least that was going through my head. Unfortunately OSU marched right down the field on their next 3 drives. Our only defense was the ball fumbled over the pylon. The offense couldn't get out of it's own way.

I see a 4/5* QB, two 4/5* RBs, possibly the best TE in the country, and what we hoped was an improved OL. Surely this group was ready to break out. Just one crease for Singleton to break off a big run or just one WR making a 40 yd catch. Sadly our WRs haven't been able to get separation of win 50/50 balls. What happened to Omari Evans? And what's up with Fleming? He had 34 catches for 533 yds as a sophomore at OSU. I understand that his PT was limited playing behind the likes of Marvin Harrison but he was still a quality WR. Now he comes to PSU with all the opportunity in the world and he shows nothing.

Does this team have a mental block? Are they still on the verge of breaking out? Or are they pretty much limited to what we've seen. A good team that is unlikely to ever take the next step?

One anonymous coach says it's better not to play in the conference championship

We've been talking a little about that here too. I made the point that these conference championship games are overkill at best with a 12-team playoff.

Anyway, this guy says the best seed to have is #5:

Van Jones on Trump win: ‘It turned out we were the idiots’

Yes, Van, yes you ARE.

https://thehill.com/homenews/media/4980526-van-jones-democrats-media-strategy/

CNN pundit Van Jones says Democrats’ media strategy is a major reason Vice President Harris lost this week’s presidential election to former President Trump.

“We got beat because the conservatives and Republicans built a different media system,” Jones said on the channel Thursday. “It had to do with online, had to do with podcasts, with streaming platforms. And they were spending their money there.”

Jones bemoaned that many Democrats and mainstream media outlets were “laughing at Trump for throwing away his ground game and doing weird stuff online.”

“It turned out we were the idiots,” he continued. “We woke up in a body bag because while we were knocking on doors, they were making these phones into 24-hour-a-day political weapons for themselves.”

Didn't Take Long for Mark Cuban To Be Proven Wrong

Mark Cuban is a wang.

https://www.usatoday.com/story/opin...trump-chief-of-staff-susie-wiles/76126089007/

Ahead of the election, billionaire businessman Mark Cuban claimed on “The View” that former President Donald Trump eschewed strong women and that he found them “intimidating.”“Donald Trump, you never see him around strong, intelligent women ever,” Cuban said. “It’s just that simple.”

Now that Trump has once again won the presidency (thanks in part to strong women supporting him – more on that shortly), he’s proving just how wrong that accusation was.
