In spite of decades of warnings that the levies and dikes would fail....it was Bush's fault!
Despite being begged by FEMA, NOA, and other admin officials, the mayor refused to evacuate the city beforehand......it was Bush's fault!
When the dikes and levies failed, there were no warning sirens for people to get out......it was Bush's fault!
When a major hospital lost power and had to shut down/evacuate because, even though the hospital was 50 feet below sea level, they had the back up generator on the ground floor and it flooded......it was Bush's fault!
The Super Dome was an emergency shelter but it didn't have any food and water for the thousands that took shelter there.......it was Bush's fault!
When, after a week of horrible suffering at the Super Dome, the Army drove up on dry roads to give relief, making one wonder why no one else drove up to help before......it was Bush's fault!
Because, as we all know, Bush and Rs hate black people!
