unlike 125 and 133 we have some college data to look at to go along with the expectations coming out of HS.

Zain will still be in the room training the next studs and according to FRL this morning Yianni may not be moving up. Weight wasnt the toughest this year and clears out even more with graduation.

So what are people thinking? What are fair expectations for the weight? Do you think we will have another 197 on our hands?

It's between Verk and Berge. Verk placed 7th at the Scuffle and won the Bearcat Open. Berge placed 3rd at the Princeton Open. He was supposed to wrestle at Midlands, but never competed (not sure why). Berge was rated higher as a recruit coming out of high school. Verk had offers to go elsewhere, but decided to walk on at PSU. I think they both go to the Scuffle and Cael will have a better idea similar to Cassar/Rasheed.

Mizzou has a lot of good 133/141 options, so I wonder if Eierman is considering going up. He seems to have the frame for it. Problem is that Leeth doesn't look like a 157.

Ashnault (6th year?)
Kolodzik
Leeth/Eierman
Hayes/M. Jordan
Oliver/M. Smith
Deakin (157?)
Lugo
Gfeller/Lewallen
Thomsen
O'Connor
Red (unless Renteria redshirts)
Thorn
Degen
Maruca/Teemer
Prince
Wick (157?)
J. Heil
Krivus
Storr (141?)

It will be a better weight than it was this year, but AA is certainly in reach for Verk or Berge or Pipher (jk). For as good of a reshirt season it felt like Verk had, he still didn't have a ranked win.... so who knows.

I imagine both wrestle FS. Verk probably can go junior 66, but Berge is a little bit of a tweener. Maybe wait until Univerisities 70kg

If Deakin wants to jump to 157 I would imagine he will wait one more year. At 149 he is a title threat this year.

For PSU I think at 149 there will be separation early. Both I believe are going to good, but one more so.
