Well, here's your choice: 1) Mental health screening; 2) faith in a God
The former is based in reality. Life has stressors. And, people should feel it's o'k to be able to speak about their stress and employers should screen their employees regularly for mental stability ESPECIALLY when their employees have other peoples lives in their hands.
The latter gives false hope. In fact, if I entered a plane and the pilot said, "Don't worry. God has everything in control." I will immediately LEAVE that plane.
