If I was a betting man--I say Hefferman not giving bonus all year changes next Thursday--I do believe that Jason is now 100%--and if I had my guess Jason is pissed --and we all know what happens when Nolf gets mad.

Remind me again what happened in the 3rd period against Short? I don't recall the specifics of that match, other than Nolf got a bunch of back points. But my general impression of Nolf at B1Gs was that he looked almost normal from the top position, but not the same when on his feet. So while I hope you are right about his injury condition, I'm not convinced at all that he is 100%.

The kids definitely a grinder, he has not been teched or pinned in 5 years and has wrestled pretty tough competition. Here's to hoping Jason puts an end to that streak on Thursday.

I don't think he has to be 100% to win it all, IMO he is that good. Even if he is tentative, the other wrestlers need to score on him and I just don't see that happening. Blue and White glasses but whatever.

agree, john. jason seemed a little off(while winning handily) and was more cautious than i've ever seen him wrestle. not sure the 11 days are enough to make a difference.

The difference is more mental than anything else when returning from your first injury. It's been my experience that it gets easier, mentally, the next time you sustain an injury.

AJ will be the third Nevills to take on Kasper. Kasper was a lot smaller a few years back and Zach beat him. Nick has faced him 3 times with a 2-1 record. If AJ wins, there going to be a pretty wild celebration in the Penn State section.
