Penn State is in a very good spot here for Jackson. With both of the Michigan schools out, I'd likely peg the Nittany Lions as the favorite. Don't want to put in a FutureCast yet, want to figure out where he is on their board. Will be interesting to see how linebacker shakes out overall, they're in a good spot with a handful of kids but only so much room.
