Has anyone seen their new movie on Netflix?

It’s quirky, it’s weird it’s violent and it’s good. The Tim Blake Nelson vignette is incredible. His dialog and delivery is pure gold.

On the list. Really wish there were more westerns out there. I returned to Hell on Wheels after giving up midway through S4 and am glad I did. Still not finished but lots of great memorable characters.

Lots of interesting takes on mortality.
Yes. I found it to be a little uneven. I thought that the next-to-last segment, the one about the wagon train, was superb, as fine as anything they've ever done.

While I consider myself to be ordinarily religious and not a religious wingnut, I am anxious to see whether Fr. (now Bishop) Robert Barron does a youtube review of this movie. Almost always has really fascinating takes on Coen Brothers material.

Lion Jim - I agree with you wholeheartedly on that wagon train segment. Excellent in every way.
I loved that "courtship" dialogue, and despite the woman being made"plain" found myself being quite attracted to her.
And then the violence when it came was excellent too.

Thought the first segment was also great, with the others good.
