The Johnny Do-Gooders fail again. Set up a new tax to be used to create "green" jobs and then spend all the money on consultants.
I can't believe California (and liberals in general) continue to do these kinds of things without actually thinking things through. Oh, it will help the environment, we must do it, no more needs be said. Do it!
Problem is their math never seems to add up. Just like minimum wage legislation meant to help the "little guy". When reality shows the "little guy" is the one that ends up hurting the most from the effort. When will liberals learn? (rhetorical because they never will)
