About 10 days out from Pitt board meltdown

You mean that I could have cleaned out the lint trap in my dryer instead of reading this post and I would be AHEAD? Say it isn't so. 
One it's funny to watch them meltdown any time, but two after they were rolling in the aisles about Miles Sanders, Shoop heading to Tennessee, Geno Lewis and Reeder transferring, it's just going to be even sweeter to watch this year's meltdown. We're almost there!
I am more concerned with our recruiting efforts and how we close out this class. I want to get the recruits to compete with the big boys in our division in the near future. Could care less about Spitt !!!!
I'm sure you mean well, broey1, but Pitt's class, or Ohio State's, or Notre Dame's, is of no concern to me, unless they happened to get a kid we wanted. All I care about is how well we do.

I'm really concerned about Narduzzi's recruiting. His game day coaching has been pretty poor, and I'm afraid he'll skip town before any good recruits see the field. To be honest, the few decent recruits we have would be stupid to come to Pitt, the problem is most of them don't really have any other good offeres. I just pray he get them to sign on the dotted line!

Yeah, WR is a bit out of whack now. I think they only wanted one prior to Lewis transferring. Now I think they want two. I'm assuming Nixon already told them he's not coming (although I wouldn't bet the farm on that). So, we have kids committed to Michigan, Minnesota, Rutgers, and Temple who have interest. It's either Nixon plus one or Snelson plus one I think.
Who cares? We already know, or will soon be reminded (ahem, because of piss-poor moderating on this board) that Pitt just signed 15-20 Heisman candidates.

Will you guys stop with the Pitt threads. It gets so old seeing this board littered with threads focusing on that program. I don't get it.

He's such a fool. But then again, I expect very little from a Pitt guy.
If I were a nitter, I would be more concerned with the "meltdown" on this board than Pitts. Pitt is doing fine thank you. Coaches leaving, fired and QB leaving and none have great things to say about the head coach is impacting recruiting. Still a very good class but Franklin is putting together a staff during critical closing time. Selling a new coach to a recruit who was dealing with a prior coach for two years is tough for any head coach. Sugar coat it all you want, but that is tough to do. We will see how it goes LOI day and next September at the pickle barrel.
I'm amazed how obsessed some are with Pitt and other programs. Need to follow the advice of a wise man........"take care of the little things and everything else will follow".
Sorry, spelling was never my strong suit. Maybe you spent your college years studying, but I spent mine going to the museums and many other cultural attractions that Pittsburgh offeres.

I left that dump of a city years ago and laugh at those that stay. I visit regularly, without pitt that city is not doing very good. You cant live in Pgh without being impacted by Pitt. Why do you stay?
I love the Pitters Story time on Pantherlair. They speak as if Penn State is falling apart yet they have lost more critical players next year. WE have actually upgraded our Oline Coach and our Offensive Coodinator. They have lost some key backups with little behind them. Penn State told guys to move on because they have more talented players behind them. Penn State's only real losses this offseason have been Shoop and Troy Reeder who would have been a backup lb. It's going to be so enjoyable to see their reaction when Franklin is running up the score next year and rubbing their noses in it.
and yes Pitt fans, Miles Sanders wants to go to Pitt but his mom won't let him. Dwayne Haskins wanted to come too, but his dad said no. Rashan Gary would be an early enrollee at Pitt if it weren't for his mom. Maybe these guys just realize Pitt is a second rate football school.
