ACC Championships

I read where the NCAA was moving championships out of the state of North Caro. (NCAA getting political). I haven't seen an updated destination and the ACC still points to Raleigh. Any one know anything different? Checking them out last year in Charlottesville, Va was nice and convenient. Closer than Indiana unfortunately.

The NCAA moved all 2016-2017 NCAA championships out of North Carolina because of the HB2 law. The NCAA put heat on the ACC to follow suit. The ACC did move their football championship.
.The men’s A.C.C. basketball tournament was already set to be staged at Barclays Center in Brooklyn.

I guess only the two big money sports count to the ACC. NC State put tickets for ACC Wrestling Championship on sale last Friday. ACC Wrestling Championship in in Ralegh (NC State) March 4th.

Never good when sports and politics cross paths. Major economic blow to North Carolina.

ad1986, all championships that were scheduled to be at neutral sites were moved out of the state of North Carolina. Reynolds Coliseum is, quite obviously, not a neutral site.
