Franklin and his staff are only playing with 1 1/2 recruiting cycles of their players. By 2017, we should really be in a good position to win eight games and finish in the T20 or T25. After that, the coaching staff will have the players in place to fit their scheme and I could see us making a New Year's bowl game once every decade or so while having a legit shot to finish in the T15 at the same time.
