This deal is a good example why neither party has any interest in controlling the debt. The minute they see any "extra" growth in the economy they spend it.
Now two years from now the D's will say "look how much the deficit grew due to the tax cuts".
We need to look at tax revenue for 2017 and tax revenue for 2019 and compare them only, not size of deficits.
