I wouldn't think so bk. The warm temps just melted the residual snow here in Lancaster. Lancaster is a little warmer than those two areas north of the Turnpike. IDK if any golf might be possible this month looking at next weeks weather report.

6 inches of snow has recently melted, and the lehigh valley just got another ~1.00 inch of rain over the weekend. It's a swamp out there and couldn't imagine that any course would be anywhere close to dry enough to play.

I mean your hacker type courses may not care if you leave ruts but decent courses will likely be closed for some time.

I can tell you my yard in the Lehigh Valley is still 30% snow covered and another 30% swamp land.

Got an email Iron Valley opening today with 16 holes open. #11 & #12 closed due to snow.
