Rahne’s problem isn’t his game plan or his play calls. Rahne’s problem is that he’s not a good QB coach. He doesn't teach his QBs the concepts of the game well. They don’t command the offense, don’t look off primary receivers, don’t influence DBs with their eyes or do the subtle things that help the offense go. Hack struggled. Trace regressed. Cliff hasn’t progressed. How’s that for an alternate theory.
