Don't know why I didn't do this before, but ignoring one poster and so many off topic political/stupid post disappeared. Isn't there another board called the test board dedicated to those kinds of posts called the test board? Can people just not follow the rules?

Yes, it's called the "test board" because if you go there it can "test your patience".
Best feature of the new board. You could still see subject lines from ignored posters in the old format. Now, it's like they don't exist. It has made the board more enjoyable for me.

Great feature. One of those guys tried to turn the Paterno Brew thread into a debate about whether or not Jay was qualified to coach anywhere. Weird.
Grant, I found the same thing. Once I ignored one poster (and a second handle that he uses to bash the MBB program), this board became much more enjoyable. I still prefer thread view overall, but the ignore feature of this board is a definite plus.

I don't like to put posters on ignore, but reading your posted benefits, I may put that same poster on ignore. I'm pretty certain I know who you're ignoring.
