Someone made a "creepy guy" joke and then *EDITED* outed himself as the " creepy guy". I'm not pointing fingers or making fun of anyone. Just saying what happened.

All I remember about Ames is he likes to scoop recruits by about 24 hours (or fewer) and deprive recruits of their moment in the spotlight. I don’t need 24-hour advanced notice all that much. I’d rather kids enjoy being kids without dork adults muscling in on their fun. Also, Ames apparently abuses his position of trust inside some school, probably PSU. I don’t need his information.

You're mistaking Ames for someone else. Ames provides good inside info in a no-nonsense way. Some posters get offended by his matter-of-fact approach, coupled with the info being ahead of the curve and Ames' attitude of "believe me, don't believe me - I don't care". Personally, I love it when he shares what he knows because it seems to be coming from legit inside sources rather than just some fan-boy speculating.
