Netanhaha is a pretty conservative PM. He believes the judiciary has gone liberal and has taken too much power so he has passed legislation to restrict what he sees as a too powerful judiciary.
But people are in the streets in massive numbers protesting because they fear he will have far to much power. Huge numbers!
