Are you talking about the play at the goal? I watched it a dozen times and still didn't see Ovechkin do anything wrong. His stick was up but didn't appear to hit Crosby. Crosby fell into that check. The Caps guy was watching the play and skated into Crosby's fall. So you know, I don't care either way, not one bit. Just took a look. Am I missing something?

No, I don't watch hockey. That was a different angle. The one I watched was from the other side. In slo mo it looked like there may have been a high stick on the back of Crosby's head. They only showed it in slo mo once. The check I'm not sure about. Crosby was falling into the check which brought his head down. Like I said, I don't care either way and won't comment further.

but if you look at the video of Ovechkin giving him a two-hander to the back of the head - - that may have resulted in a concussion even without the cross check from Niskanen - - and sit there and say "I can't see nothing".
That's just whacked.
Pretty accurate summary, one of the best if not the best hockey player in the world was hit in the head by two different opposing players with solid sticks and the NHL will do nothing of consequence. One of them is still playing in this game. This is why hockey is only slightly above roller derby as a sport.
