I've lost track of where the stadium renovations project(s) stand. Is there a plan? Is it funded? Will the lack of NCAA control of players affect these plans?

Money aside, what can the PSU staff do to re-establish themselves in NJ and the beltway. It seems way to many top prospects in those regions, which are typically fertile for PSU, are not coming to Penn State and/or even considering them. PSU is still getting recruits from that area but it seems they aren't as highly sought after as years before...A slightly lower rated recruit. Additionally, what is with the struggle to land legacy prospects. That always seemed to have high odds over the course of history but that doesn't seem to be the case so much any more.
