I'm sitting here in Auburn, Alabama ready to leave for a trip back home in Pennsylvania to visit family and take in a PSU football game, but I still don't have my season tickets.
My story to date:
1) Called them Monday (21 Aug) to express my concern, and they said they would be mailed the next day.
2) I received an e-mail on Tuesday (22 Aug) stating: "Your season tickets are on the way". That was somewhat reassuring, and I expected to see them on Friday (25 Aug). When they did not arrive, I tried to call them. Never could get an answer. "All agents are busy, all agents are busy, all agents are busy.........."
3) Our mail was just delivered for today ( Saturday 26 Aug). No tickets.
Anyone else still not received their tickets?
