Anybody know the current status of Federal Investigation of F$U?

Was perusing articles on the topic given the NCAA's complete lack of any statement whatsoever despite clear evidence of the academic fraud going on there within the revenue sports - especially the way Jimbo runs the football program with the consent of University Senior Administrators and I found the following detailed Investigative Report on the Federal Investigations taking place there. It is a very interesting report due to the level of detail that the Investigative Reporter went to and who it suggests was involved in stonewalling and ultimately scuttling Jameis Winston's rape of an 18 year old girl to protect an important football player and keep him on the football field -- and all fingers point to F$U senior administrators especially the Jimbo and his good buddy Assistant AD Bonasorte. I also found the reference to PSU's current President and then F$U President in the last paragraph rather interesting. Did not see this article when it was published this past October, but very interesting to say the least! The NCAA has no interest despite the clear evidence that F$U did multiple things that they are not permitted to do to protect a Football Player at the very same time they were harming the rights of an 18 year old freshman female student (including illegally giving Jameis Winston's attorney - and attorney that F$U got for him - the TPD police file shortly after tHE F$U Campus Police specifically requested a copy of the TPD file). This article is replete with impermissible benefits -- how about Bonasorte intervening with the apartment owner whose property had suffered over $4K in damages, but then the owner dropped charges magically after Bonasorte became involved? Unreal, but this article is a must read regarding how clearly guilty F$U is on an institutional basis and yet the NCAA doesn't give a rat's @$$ at how corrupt this University is including being complicit in enabling a rapist and allowing this violent party to continue to menace the community and campus simply because he could help them win football games -- and the NCAA wants to talk about "culture problems? Gotta believe that the assaults upon women that happened a couple weeks ago only days apart causing a national uproar impact the Federal Investigations under Title IX of the Civil Rights Code and the Cleary Act (e.g., reporting and fair handling of violence related incidents at University's accepting DOE Financing).

No, I'm still wondering about the supposed Fed investigation of TSM and others. How's that going, I ask rhetorically.

It was a big topic of discussion about a week ago. Penn State reached an agreement, and the case against them, at present, is over. But not individuals from PSU. TSM investigation and individuals is ongoing.

Believe whatever you will, still no sign of it
