Anyone notice that the B1G's Premier Game, the Conference Championship Game, is being broadcast in "Primetime" next Saturday @8pm

CBS has the game? Great news, no Gus.

HandoCommando is such a freaking moron - this game has zero to do with CBS's regular season timeslot of 3:30 in their B1G/BTN Contract, as evidenced by the fact they're telecasting at 8pm (the height of "Primetime"). CBS owned the broadcast rights to the B1G CCG telecast (and probably paid a pretty penny for it) - they choose to broadcast it in Primetime because they can generate the most revenue broadcasting it at that time.

HandOnCommando is so full of $hit as per usual that CBS couldn't have chosen to Broadcast at noon if they wanted - they could choose any timeslot they wanted. ABC/ESPN owns the broadcast rights for B12, MAC, SEC and ACC, which is why they're showing a noon, 4:00 and 7:30/8:00 telecasts.

CBS doesn't have a noon game--they always have a 330 and 8 game. They aren't on at 330 because they aren't going against the SEC.
We all know how this works--or should

Isn’t it played at that time pretty much every year?

Look, CBS only has 1 of the P4 CCG Contracts - ABC/ESPN has all the remaining CCG Telecasts on Saturday (ABC/ESPN are telecasting 2 CC games at noon, 1 at 4 and 2 more in Primetime). CBS (and B1G/BTN) can telecast the game in any timeslot they like as it is the ONLY CCG CBS has - they CHOOSE to broadcast in the Primetime slot because it is the best timeslot. Good grief, if the Saturday Noon timeslot is the most desirable (which it isn't) why wouldn't they choose that timeslot since their Contracted Broadcaster only has one CCG to telecast??? Let me guess, they only have one telecast and their choosing to broadcast in the least desirable timeslot when they can broadcast in any timeslot they want??? Yeah, that makes perfect sense [insert eyeroll]. But one thing's for sure, dip$shit's claim that CBS is forbidden from broadcasting in Noon slot by contract when this is not part of the regular season broadcast contract (and in FACT, this is the ONLY B1G game being broadcast, only CCG CBS is broadcasting and FOX IS NOT BROADCASTING any games this Saturday) is complete and utter horse$hit and nothing but made-up bull$hit from the insufferable, nauseating a-hole troll.
