No but walked through the area they had set up behind Jeffrey Field. About 20 or so tents some with TVs and all with buffet style set up.
They were taking down a few of the tents as we walked by about an hour after the Pitt game.
Someone said $3000. I do t know what it includes but I assume the whole thing is included. Although I don't know about booze.

looks like a cool set up for a large group. about $1500 for a group of 60. psuro how big was the tent space or was it crowded over there?
The tents looked to be 15 X 25. They were decent size and they were well stocked. Each tent was about 2 or 3 feet from others, and there was space to walk in between. Not too crowded; if you are familiar with the open area behind Jeffrey Field, then they had about 1/3 to 1/2 of the space from the fence line closest to Beaver Stadium. It was well organized - each tent had a name on it, and from my rememberance, most of them had corporate names.
