Pennsylvania is seriously underrated when considered the 5th most corrupt state in the union. The OAG has been a cesspool.....the judiciary seems to enjoy the odor.

Seriously...in State College, we have the DA prosecuting a case, sitting at her seat during trial, texting the judge who is supposed to be listening to the testimony, and they are going back and forth dozens of times. Not even a blip on the radar. Lunsford is running for higher office and Stacy Parks Miller keeps on going on.

Who do you trust more - the AP or the CDT? According to the CDT, the arguments will be before the State Supreme Court.

I've wonder that too. I am no lawyer, but it seems A/C is everywhere but in this case.
