The left tells us that a policy that disproportionately burdens a single race, like drug laws and stop and search laws, are inherently racist. The US Income Tax policies are disproportionately burdening to America's white population. A larger percentage of white people are above the zero-tax line than any other race. So a disproportionate number of white people pay taxes while a disproportionate number of black people do not pay taxes.
