I posted this on the PIAA thread.
Below is a link from Lehigh Valley Live showing an article by Brad Wilson who tends to be a little slanted towards District 11 but very knowledgeable. This forum tends to follow to the Western PA wrestlers more than the Eastern PA counterparts. I think it gives a good perspective on what to expect at Hershey.

I got a laugh from the Daily Illini article

The first period began with Joseph on bottom. Martinez started on top, but couldn’t manage to score. Although he failed to get points then, at the same time Joseph was unable to escape. The first period finished with neither wrestler scoring.
