"When it comes to tournaments and we have to wrestle, we are going to treat it like a competition,” Rasheed said of his relationship with Morelli. “We are going to be competitors and bump heads. In the locker room, we talk like anybody else. We act like none of that even happened. We know that comes with it. You can’t be hostile against it. We are teammates. We all love each other."

Rasheed understands he was not setting up his shot while trying to be aggressive. He will fix this.

Rasheed lost for the second time to Lehigh's Preisch, yielding a decisive second-period takedown on Sunday. "There's a lot to take away from that,'' Rasheed said. "I was more focused on just going ... going; I can do that now but I was sloppy. I wasn't doing what we trained in the room, I wasn't technical, I wasn't pushing forward.

"What I really want to take away from it is be more patient, continue that pace and being aggressive, but I need to be more patient and I need to work on what we train in the room.''
