Parks Miller also says the county government wasn't the proper authority
to handle the requests to begin with. Each government office has a
designated Right to Know officer, and Parks Miller says she's the
designated officer for the DA's office. Parks Miller says she should've
been forwarded any requests about her office, and that the county
purposefully and maliciously chose to keep those requests away from her.

Funny, how just when you think life can't possibly get any worse it suddenly

This is the legal equivalent of a brushback pitch--a little

chin music for the commissioners so they do not get further ideas about entering into intrigues against her. Seems a tad bit on the weak side as legal theories go, if that is all she has. they stripped her of her Right to Know Officer status? Really? Ooooh, call out the National guard.
