I have always wished that the BIG had not given Rutgers the nod to join. I am ambivalent about Maryland (especially in light of their classless display last year), but never thought Rutgers brought anything to the table except ignorant fans and mediocre sports. Would have liked to have seen WVU clean up its act a bit to be a better option, but I realize their TV market addition would have been minimal. VT might have been a better fit than Rutgers, which I think just drags everyone else down.
As much as it is a bell that can't be unrung...
