B1G Divisional Tiebreaker Rules

Does anybody know who advances to the B1G championship game if there is a 3-way divisional tie for first place?

e.g. PSU, OSU, and Michigan each go 8-1 in conference play. PSU beats Michigan and loses to OSU, OSU beats PSU and loses to Michigan.

Also, Indiana, Indiana, Indiana, Indiana, Indiana.
