Got home around 3:30 AM but it was worth it.
Stipe out was nice but INMO I prefer the stadium White Out.
Crowd was really into it.
I swear we had 165 hours of beautiful weather this week, the only 3 hrs it was bad was during the game and as soon as the game ended it stopped raining. Ughhh.
Pleas let me be dry next week and see how we play in nice weather.
As for the game. We are getting better and thats all I can ask for.
I thought the O-line did a really good job. Opened some nice holes and kept Hack upright.
I was hoping for a breakout performance by Hack and I'm going to go with the running game was
working so its all good but still with a revamped RU secondary I thought they should have been better.
Both Barkley and Lynch were awesome. I'm not sure we've seen a back like Barkley in a long, long time, he's special.
MAJOR, MAJOR, shout out to Gulla. I've been really critical of the punting but Gulla was excellent.
One thing though. When the ball is kicked 8 yards deep into the EZ. Just down it.
Thank You, Thank you for finally using a FB, albeit a TE but still it worked. Next on my list to try. The skinny post. LOL.
Also thought the play calling was much better and is improving with every game.
Thought the refs were ok but there should have been at least 2 other intentional grounding calls on RU and
at least 1 strip/fumble.
But overall a really good game.
And again please let it be dry next week.
