Having a bunch of pain when I swing the golf club...used to be in the L4-L5 back area but now it is in my kidney region on my right side...especially when I follow thru...anyone experience this? I have dealt with the back issues for 2 years...to the point where I have worked on it so hard in the gym it doesn't bother me on the golf course or range as long as I warm up or workout before I play or practice...but this kidney deal hurts even if I walk...

Not having issues with bathroom or anything like that...wonder if I just straine that area....having a therapist work on me today...

Check out Superfeet insoles for your golf and all your shoes...they are awesome. They support and align you taking stress off of knees, hips, back, etc. Best to buy them at a running store or an outdoor store. Dick's Sporting Goods also has them. Worth a shot!!

See the attached link. I did these all winter and was able to come out of the gate quickly this spring. I also did a total remake on my swing and went to what many call square to square or single plane swing. It puts much less stress on your back, especially if you're older, I'm 67

Probably not kidney thing, but why not get it checked. If nothing else, for peace of mind.
