“I'm not sure the others want our coaches going to places like State College, Pennsylvania," Sankey said (taking an obvious shot at camp pioneer James Franklin), "because very clearly if we do take the approach that others have, they'll go places and run those satellite camps and I expect would certainly change the conversation.”

Yet, Bama has no issue with over-signing recruits. I say Franklin sets up a camp 10 feet off Bama's campus.

Right. Bama doesn't have to do satellite camps to get to meet with recruits and their families because they will just pay for the player and family to take an unofficial visit. I have seen proof.

Wow. Fear or insecurity coming from Saban. Why should alabama care where Franklin or anyone else has a camp?

The idea is proliferating as Nebraska is doing this too and I'm sure more will join in.

Nick is just urinated that somebody else thought of it first. One of the many things I love about CJF - the guy is as aggressive and out of the box as you can get.

Sankey ought to learn the rules before shooting his mouth off. Coaches are only allowed to work at camps sponsored by schools in lower divisions. last time I checked there were no such animals in the vicinity of State College..

Is there anything better than SEC coaches whining about unfair recruiting? What these SEC coaches are really whining about is not that Franklin and other B1G coaches are doing it, but rather that SEC rules prohibit them from doing it. Imagine if they could hold recruiting camps in other states. Why, they might be able to oversign by 15 or 20 then!
