Chief Justice Roberts who tortured the law in his saving of Obama's so called Affordable Care Act, in order to save Obama Presidency failed Trump in a big way as he sided with the Lady justices, Kagan, Sotomayor, Jackson and the emerging newest liberal Justice Barrett.
I am of the opinion that the failure to stay Trump's sentencing which will now carry the label of a convicted felon does impact on his ability to function as the America's President. Roberts is simply a political hack in his position fo Chief Justice and what he did for Obama he miserably failed to do with Trump's case.
Trump said he will appeal the conviction and, in the end, this lawfare prosecution by Bragg and Merchan who acted as Chief Prosecutor not an unbiased Judge will be overturned. There are so many errors any one of which will result in the reversal of New York's effort to deter the Presidency of Donald Trump.
