Bat Signal...welcome Mr. Katshir!

Gattis just tweeted "they thought it was over". Could it possibly be a 2017 WR?!?! That....that would be crazy, right?

Micah Parsons committed AGAIN to PSU, then quickly named a top 5.

I think it might be Justin Neff, a 2017 walk on from Central Mountain.

EDIT: Oops, it's Katshir. Neff was already committed.

6'3" OLB - weighs 200 lbs. runs well, very good ball skills, returns kick offs, punts, also handles the kicking duties and punting duties. In a couple of years he will be 6' 3" - 6'4 " tall weight 215 lbs. and be an excellent special teams player, a good pass defending linebacker and seems to be a kid who will work with Kuntz to be effective recruiters for the 2018 team. Watched most of his HUDL video and I did not see him destroy many blockers to get to the running back, and he did not blitz much, but his ball skills on offense and defense were off the charts. He seems to have a vertical jump close to Geseki..........

How good of an athlete do you have to be to be QB, WR, S, Punt returner, Kick off Returner, Punter, Kicker for a team that goes 9-4.

247 #28 OLB
Class of 2018

Offered by PSU after CJF and staff had a first hand opportunity to evaluate him at camp last summer.
