Here's the criteria. Which place has the best atmosphere, environment, ambience, and most importantly generates excitement thru the stadium. Grade them on a 1 - 10

POSITIVES
Great tailgate
Huge lively stadium
blue band
lion roar
most importantly WE ARE.....PENN STATE chant rocks the house, better than Hail To the victors, or OH - IO
best student section
Night White Out games most electric feel in all of college football
IDEAS or IMPROVEMET
Get better lion roar
use fireworks for night games especially
use hard rock music like Thunderstruck from AC/DC before and during the games. Mix it in and around the traditional songs.
Do the WE ARE...PENN STATE chant more often and with the whole stadium getting involved
overall grade: 7.5 but would be higher if they implemented some of thee things
