I just listened to Biden speak at a ralley in NC. He actually sounded more coherent but he used his shouting voice again. I’m sure he was delivering a message written by a speech writer off of a teleprompter.
I’ll bet that they were concerned with his ability to think on his feet on his own during the debate last night and planned the timing of this rally fully knowing he would bomb at the debate. And this was designed to fool the voters once again.
