Typically I wouldn’t do this prior to most podcasts because guests tend to cancel sometimes, but tonight I’ll be speaking with BOT member Jay Paterno to learn more about PSU, NIL, etc.
So here’s your chance to submit any questions (within reason) that you want me to ask Jay.

Does he trust SWH when the main founder of that organization was the BOT chair that fired his dad and they've come up with a bunch of nonsense like internships and overseas trips? Are they really helping PSU with NIL or are they using it to siphon off the NIL donations to benefit their own personal businesses?

Has he met with members of the football program (or does he intend to) to best understand their current needs or if you can be more direct, has he met with Coach Franklin to discuss these issues?

Is Steve Garban involved with SWH?

Ask him if he knows how the Pennsylvania Manufacturing Association rigged the BoT elections in the 90s. About how less than a year after taking control of the board, the insurance coverage was witched to the PMA insurance arm, making millions for the PMA.
Ask him how the BoT, controlled by Labor and Industry flunkies of the PMA illegally changed the bylaws so that the L& I subcommittee now hand picks their successors?

Will he have the courage to ask for the state Attorney General and the state House and Senate to investigate these issues and pass meaningful reforms?

Thanks for the correction. Ira Lubert wasn't elected chair until a few years later. But he was heavily involved in the firing of Paterno. Here are some things that were out there at the time.

It is fair to question SWH with some the background of it's founders and some of the very weird efforts like internships and overseas trips that seem to take away from maximizing the donations by PSU for PSU student-athlete NIL earnings.
