It wouldn't be much different than what we see now. Plenty of kids transfer and compete right away anyway either with a grad transfer loophole or with a waiver.

Won't change wrestling.Football,Baseball,Hockey and Men's and Woman's Basketball are the only sports that you've to sit out a year currently.
