That would certainly be a surprise to me. He is very talented but he will need to change his style completely. In freestyle if he goes for the ankle pass it's 2 points for his opponent.
great athletes who do the work ( Tank) can make a statement at the senior level. We'll see.
I noticed that too but remembered he wrestled 174 the year before last, which is probably why Cenzo got caught twice going upper body in their dual match. Wrestling at 165 didn't work out, going 0-2 at nationals. Still, you'd think 163 was in reach with the day-before weigh-ins. The empty gulf between 163 and 189 is ridiculous and forces wrestlers who are suddenly 'tweeners' into some ugly choices.
Probably the biggest surprise for me will be if anyone in Mark Hall's braket can score on him. Like at all.
