He's 5'11" / 244 pounds according to the BWI roster.

What amazed me is I thought he was just punching the first couple of kicks, he really didn't seem to be following through the way most kickers seem to follow through.....and, WHAM, those plus the next two (four in total if I recall correctly) all at least were 5-6 yards deep (or deeper) in the end zone.

Obviously the spring game isn't Sept action.....but at least a very positive development!

If he were to kick the game-winning field goal in the Orange Bowl, the headline of course would read "Orange Julius".

He has a good leg.

only thing to worry about is a slippery field

the dude runs about 3 miles before he kicks it.. and frankly, i don't care if he runs 3 weeks... he keeps booming that puck into the EZ everytime then I feel damned good about that part of of game... if only because the other guys always get lousy field position and NOBODY EVER EVER gets hurt (unless they stub a toe). how nice to know some buckeye is not going to burn one and change the momentum in a flash.

but really, so long as he gets traction on wet or snowy turf, this kid is THE solution to a big problem. pin the other guys and stay healthy.
