Bill Levinson has a LTE in the CDT entitled "Jerry Sandusky deserves new trial." IMO this topic is very timely at the Commonwealth's response to Sandusky's PCRA is due on Tuesday September 1. My sense is that more and more people are coming to grips with the realization that there is something very wrong with the whole story and that the OAG should have to account for the shenanigans they have done to date. I believe that a logical first step would be for Judge Cleland to order hearings into the germane issues that Al Lindsay has identified in the PCRA and that he will do that unless he is biased and/or corrupt.
