I nominate #15 for the Bills as the dumbest player in the NFL. How can you possibly be a kick returner and NOT KNOW that a kicked off ball that goes rolls past you into your opponents endzone is a live ball...duh!

Football isn't for geniuses. Every time a kick returner puts one foot out of bounds (on purpose) on a kickoff and then catches the ball, the announcers go ballistic with how stupid the player is. They never know that that is the same as the ball going out of bounds and the team gets the penalty.
