(again, filling in for fair while he works on his bucket list.)

On this last day in September, our first greetings go out to a lady that Mr. Gambit became a fan of during his youth, while watching her on the big screen and on TV. She appeared in movies such as Gun the Man Down, Shoot-Out at Medicine Bend, Rio Bravo, The Bramble Bush, Ocean's 11, A Fever in the Blood, The Sins of Rachel Cade, Jessica, The Art of Love, The Chase, Cast a Giant Shadow, Point Blank, Pretty Maids All in a Row, Big Bad Mama, Dressed to Kill, Even Cowgirls Get the Blues, and Pay It Forward. On TV she appeared in dozens of episodes of popular series, as well as TV movies. She gained a good bit of fame for her role as Sgt. Suzanne 'Pepper' Anderson in Police Woman. She was born Angeline Brown, but is known to fair and her fans as Angie Dickinson

As a member of the 5th Dimension, her hits include "Up, Up and Away," "Aquarius/Let the Sunshine In," "One Less Bell to Answer," "(Last Night) I Didn't Get to Sleep at All." She left the group and had hits with "You Don't Have to Be a Star (To Be in My Show)," and "Saving All My Love for You" (which she was the 1st to record, though Whitney Houston's version is more famous.) The lovely Marilyn McCoo

Angie Dickinson was a de facto Rat Pack member and had to be a bad ass to hang with Sinatra, Dean, etc.

Good effort Tom!
