Blue-White Game (edit: no fans)

Just dumb. I guess I can understand the "no fans" "in these uncertain times" (and the potential logistical problems) but to not stream it? I'll bet tOSU will and use it as a recruiting tool. So far, rumor is, they will have a spring game with "limited" attendance with "limited" still being discussed.

It would have been easy to do it all. They could have scheduled graduation then the game before or after those dates. The staff would be in place and the beav all spic and span. This is another PC move that will further damage the football program as it compares to who we compete against. I am pretty certain tOSU will have a spring game with 60,000 and invite key recruiting targets as well.

Idiots.

Barron, Sandy, and the Big10 are colossally - almost comically - incompetent.

Should let seniors go as they missed last year and will be gone soon.

most seniors don't care about the Blue-White game. Their interest in it is generally restricted to tailgating in the fields.

And with 50% allowed they should allow all students in.

the Commonwealth has loosened their regulations, but local rules are still in force, as well as the rules of the stadium owner.

Well, the seniors missed their final season so they would most likely love one last look at the Beav.

As for local rules and the ‘owner’ ......let people in. Allow seniors and their parents get one more memory that they missed out on last fall. Plus freshmen, family of players. Still no where near 50,000. Help out the town merchants who desperately need it.

There is no blue white game. CJF said the final practice would be held in the stadium. There is nothing to see anyway.

I don’t want to pay those prices but I don’t have season tickets.

Those prices are super inflated, nobody even has tickets yet. If you are spending that level of pricing, you might as well get on the season ticket interest list, you might get tickets this year. Otherwise wait until the week of the game, crap games will have tickets for $20 or less.

No fans is so Penn State anyway. Pointless pract even more pointless if they did it.

Ohio State will have 40k that pay to be there.
Ohio State has already announced that they will not be charging for tickets. The notion is that they don't want to have to return the money if people can't go. However, odds are that they will allow 50,000 in. It is just not known how those 50k will be selected or whatever.

Forcing people to disclose their medical history. On top of that using that information to discriminate against them. None of that is even remotely legal.

Not sure I agree. Proof of vaccinations in order to be allowed to obtain on campus housing has been a requirement for a very long time and their are significantly more laws protecting access to housing than protecting access to college football games. Don’t want to disclose your vaccination history don’t show up.

It’s not feasible because of the grown men who would have hissy fits at the gates though.

I'm sorry you think it is so easy to force people to reveal their medical history, but it's not, and it has nothing to do with hissy fits.
