Bob Odenkirk collapses on set of Better Call Saul

Seems like this was pretty touch and go.

Bob Odenkirk was hospitalized for a "heart-related incident" ... sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ, and it was touch-and-go for the last day but it looks like he's now out of the woods.
Bob is awake inside an Albuquerque hospital and we're told he's stable and on the rebound, but when he was rushed to the hospital Tuesday after collapsing on set it did not look good. We're told he was not conscious during the early hours in the hospital, although he's now lucid.
Bob's rep tells TMZ, "Bob and his family would like to express gratitude for the incredible doctors and nurses looking after him, as well as his cast, crew and producers who have stayed by his side."

I wouldn’t think so but only because this would seem to be too quick a turnaround for bypass surgery. I wouldn’t know, though.
I went to the ER with shoulder pressure, had a cardiac cath, had a 95% blockage in the widowmaker and another 90%. Had bypass scheduled the next day. I was lucky I didn’t have to wait.

Have friend. Fifteen years ago told wife to call 911 for chest pain. EMTs said he was having a heart attack, sent EKG to hospital. At ER told him he was going to UPMC in Pittsburgh by chopper and started to prep him for surgery. Landed in Pittsburgh.....straight to OR. Had three stents put in and in recovery room less than two hours after calling 911! Amazing turnaround. Home next day.
