Found out in the closing -- from the seller's agent -- that that he got 37 calls about the house within 48 hours of it being listed.

Have my eyes set on the next house (hopefully a flip and not a rental) already.

Long way to go, but can't wait to stop being a software engineer!!! Hahaha...
