Interesting and violent. Nice they brought back Mr Wrench from Season 1. Looked like a Lebowski tribute with the bowling alley and lots of A Serious Man references via Ray Wise's character when he was talking about Nachman. The police uniformed dude was listed as Golem in the credits too. Kind of all over the place but curious how it will end up.Since you have VM Varga as your avatar what did you think of last night's episode of Fargo??

Loved the intro - one of the best sequences I've seen in a while. Dark, violent, funny, and tense. Are we to conclude that Yuri is a goner? Seemed like it (I didn't finish 'A Serious Man' but did watch the intro). Also love how things are starting to pick up - Mr. Wrench was really cool to see too. Think Nikki is the one effing with Emmit?
This episode was actually on this morning. Al laying in the inflatable pool making Kelly and Bud jump up and down to simulate a hot tub.
Nikki was in jail so I don't know how she could be the one screwing with Emmit. I think it may be Gloria trying to break the case.

Yeah, but at that point some time has passed - at least enough for Sy to grow a full beard (a couple weeks?). He goes back to his office and sees the stamps everywhere then. I think it's her (and maybe Mr. Wrench).
Also - think Yuri died at the bowling alley?

Yes I think Yuri met his fate at the bowling alley. Varga and Meemo will also get their fair share of misery soon at the hands of Nikki & Mr Wrench
