Or you decline on religious grounds to use a co-worker's "preferred pronouns," causing the "victim" to sue your employer.
Hiring quotas. Sex-segregated locker rooms and bathrooms. Discrimination lawsuits galore.
All these things and much more come into play with the Court's shoehorning of Title VII into the arena of sexual politics.
